Welcome to Bar-Q Southern Barbecue. By accessing or using bar-q.com (the "Site") or any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the Site, place orders, request catering, or sign up for our newsletter.
Use of the Site

Orders, Catering, and Promotions
All orders placed through the Site or our ordering partners are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or limits on quantities.
Catering requests submitted through the Site are inquiries — not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only after we communicate availability, pricing, and any deposit requirements directly with you and you accept those terms.
Promotional offers, including coupons, free items, and newsletter incentives, are subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Offers may be limited to one per customer, may expire, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, photographs, menus, recipes, logos, designs, and the "Bar-Q" name and marks — is owned by Bar-Q Southern Barbecue or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Menu, Pricing, and Availability
Menu items, prices, hours, and availability are subject to change without notice. Pricing displayed on third-party ordering platforms may differ from in-restaurant pricing.
Allergens and Food Safety
Our kitchen prepares food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including but not limited to wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, and sesame. While we take care to handle allergens responsibly, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us directly before ordering so we can discuss options.
User Submissions
If you submit comments, reviews, photos, or other content to us through the Site, social media, or otherwise, you grant Bar-Q a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.
